RETURN POLICY

We want you to be satisfied. Returns are accepted.

To initiate an authorized return, please email service@7Lenora.com within 3 days of your order's delivery date including​ your order number and name, we'll work from there.

Your order must be returned in original packaging, and not have been worn/used. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Upon receiving the item it will be inspected and a store credit code for the purchase price minus shipping costs will be emailed to you. Store credit does not expire. If you receive damaged goods or the wrong size/item, simply email us with your order number and name so we can best resolve your situation. We do reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that is deemed potentially fraudulent by our payment system.

*There is no returns for on sale items and items marked as "ALL SALES FINAL"

SHIPPING

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to process. You will get a shipping confirmation via email the day your order is packed.

*If you combined shipping of non preorder items with a preorder item the whole order will ship together when the preorders ship. Estimated shipping dates for preorder items are on the listing.  Also check Instagram for status of pre order shipping.

AUTHENTICITY

We only carry 100% authentic merchandise that is distributed through authorized retailers.

SECURITY

Garments & Goods uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide! International shipping prices vary by country and the weight of your order. For international orders that have been in-transit for over 20 days, please reach out to your local customs office to see if the package is available for pickup or has otherwise been held up due to customs fees.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any customs fees that may incur with international orders. The customer is entirely responsible for any and all fees set by the customs office of their country. Should an international order be sent back to us due to lack of claim we will contact you to arrange a reship or credit to the website. 

TRACKING

A tracking link is always automatically sent to your email when the package is shipped. As long as you entered the proper email when you purchased you will receive this email. At times the courier will not scan the package immediately. Once you have been notified about your package's departure, please allow tracking information 48 hours to update once notified.

Once your order has left our facility we no longer have any contact or control over it and you will need to get into contact with the courier directly to obtain any information. Furthermore, if an order has been marked as delivered we have entirely no contact with it and you will need to get into direct contact with the courier with any questions and concerns you may have.

Tracking for international orders does not always extend past the United States, however you can check the tracking link to see if this is the case. 

PACKAGES RETURNED TO SENDER

Once a package has been returned to us due to address issues, we will contact you to organize a new delivery. If you do not respond to our email within 30 days, your order is Null & Void.

Where are you located?

Garments & Goods is based on Bainbridge Island, WA. Our retail store address is 9463 NE Business Park Lane

If I am in Bainbridge, can I pick up my order?

Yes, we offer local pick up on Bainbridge Island. Contact us on Instagram or email sales@7Lenora.com

Do you attach original store receipts with purchases?

Due to tax filing purposes, we keep all original purchase receipts. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We receive our payments via Paypal, PayPal users and guests can use their credit card, debit cards or Paypal balance to pay for the purchase. 

Why are there different prices on the same product?

Prices vary depending on condition, rarity, and/or size availability.

Are your product pictures original?

yes, all of our pictures are taken in-house.

Can I cancel/change my order?

yes, you can change or cancel your order only if we have not shipped your product out. however you must contact us immediately requesting to cancel/change your order.

Do you accept trades?

yes, we accept trades.

Can I see more pictures of the shoes?

yes, please email us or DM on Instagram indicating the product name and size and we will send additional pictures as soon as possible.

Do you offer a wish list?

yes, email us with the product name and size you are looking for along with your contact info and once we find that product we will contact you.
